InCord was nominated for the third year in a row as a champion workplace in the Fox CT Top Workplace Awards 2013, representing the top one percent of all workplace entries. The CT Top Workplace Awards are based totally on what employees had to say about their employer. The highest achieving work places were selected from employee surveys that measured qualities such as company leadership, career opportunities, workplace flexibility, compensation and benefits.
InCord – Third Year at Top Workplace Awards Of the companies nominated, InCord placed 9th overall for Top CT Workplace and achieved an additional 1st place award for Work-Life Flexibility. This year, InCord was also recognized as one of the “Terrific Twenty” for those who have won with repeated distinction in all three years since the contest started. The presentation of awards for Top Workplace 2013 was held on September 12th at the Aqua Turf in Southington.
Erika Arias, anchor of the FOX CT Morning News was the master of ceremonies and Carolyn Kuan Music Director of the Hartford Symphony Orchestra was the guest speaker. The CT Top Workplace 2013 project survey was organized by WorkplaceDynamics and funded by the Hartford Courant newspaper and Fox TV media.
