Meredith Shay, InCord’s CEO and owner says of Stevenson, “Brian’s experience, expertise, and integrity in the netting industry is an inspiration to all of us at InCord. His passion for high quality and safety has driven many new product developments and process improvements and propelled this company forward.”

Brian Stevenson began his career in the safety netting industry in 1987. When InCord began 8 years later as a small, five-person company focusing primarily on industrial safety netting, Stevenson decided to take a chance on the burgeoning company and join as lead salesman. His drive for InCord’s success took the company from its humble beginnings to its status as industry leader today.

Stevenson has overseen the development of warehouse logistics safety netting solutions, focusing on worker protection throughout the process. It begins with getting inventory from point A to B. InCord’s Conveyor Guard and Cargo Lifting Nets are ideal for keeping products flowing safely. Inventoried products are then stored on pallet racks and protected using innovative options like Elevating Rack Guard and WebNets for Rack Guard. Next, as goods prepare to ship, Loading Dock Nets protect workers while packing goods onto trucks and trailers, then those loads are secured using InCord Truck Nets. Finally, after arriving at their destination, InCord’s CartNet keeps items secure on delivery carts as they fill shelves, ready for sale.

“It’s an honor to work with Brian at InCord. He has provided much guidance and support to the next generation of professionals in the industry.” - Meredith Shay, InCord Owner/CEO.

Over the past twenty-five years, InCord has successfully advanced to stay ahead of other netting manufacturers by developing and testing new and innovative safety products and positioned itself in the most competitive way possible. The vision and dedication of people like Stevenson and this team have made this evolution possible.

Since its inception, InCord has expanded its product offerings from the Material Handling industry to safety solutions for a spectrum of industries and applications. The company now provides American-made netting products for Construction, Amusement, Sports, Theatre, Service Pits (BayNets™), Specialty, and Environmental/Ecological Restoration markets.

“InCord has experienced exceptional growth and development over the past twenty-five years,” says Vice President of Sales Charles Crawford. “Moving forward, our focus remains on offering custom safety solutions with top-notch customer service.”

Brian Stevenson’s leadership offers an exemplary standard for the entirety of InCord’s workforce. As a result, InCord’s sales team now consists of many dedicated, experienced industry professionals who continue to collaborate closely with customers and distributors.
