The awards event featured the screening of 13 videos created by teams of area high school students. The student teams were paired with EAMA manufacturing companies to promote awareness of manufacturing careers.

The Eastern Advanced Manufacturing Alliance (EAMA) is a group of over 50 manufacturing companies and educational institutions in New London and Windham counties that promote networking, manufacturing career awareness/programs and training opportunities.[/cs_text][x_video_embed no_container=”true” type=”16:9″][/x_video_embed][cs_text]The video series is a way to highlight the new and advanced manufacturing technologies, trends and processes that Eastern Connecticut companies have been embracing in order to compete in new markets.
