InCord Safety Netting Opens New Plant in Connecticut
InCord, North America’s leading manufacturer of custom safety netting solutions, recently opened a new manufacturing facility in Oakdale, Connecticut, which is devoted entirely to the company’s material handling product line.
“This greatly increases our capacity and streamlines workflow,” says Brian Stevenson, Vice President of InCord’s Material Handling Division.
InCord produces netting solutions including vertical and horizontal rack guarding, conveyor guarding, mobile cart netting and fall protection netting systems. These products are custom-made to specific sizes and configurations, driven by each customer’s unique requirements.
The custom nature of all InCord products means that every order needs close attention. Sales Coordinator Beth-Ann Hosking appreciates her proximity to critical functions at the Oakdale facility.
“I can step outside my office and put my hands on any order in production,” says Hosking. “This dedicated facility allows us to meet the needs and expectations of customers while keeping quality high”.
“It’s amazing to see this smooth-running machine in action,” says Jerry O’Neill, Eastern U.S. and Canada Sales Manager. “Every employee is committed, and they know they’re helping save lives every day.”
InCord safety netting is available through top equipment integrators and distributors nationwide. InCord is a member of ProGMA, MHEDA, MHI and ANSI.
