How long have you been with InCord?
I joined the team in October of 2022.

Tell us about your background and experience in the sports industry and how it aligns with our custom safety netting.
I have experience in the sports industry and have previously collaborated with some of the same clients. This is a wonderful opportunity for me to reconnect and offer assistance with their netting solutions.

Which parts of InCord's mission and values inspire you, and how do you bring them to life daily as an inside sales representative?
I believe in being personal and present. I am a customer service connoisseur. I am a passionate observer of customer service. I pay close attention to the way service is delivered wherever I go. Whenever I encounter someone providing exceptional service, I ask myself, “Would I want that person on my team?” This is something that comes naturally to me. Building strong relationships within the organization and with customers is of utmost importance to me.

What resources have you found most helpful while on the InCord Sales team?
Regular meetings with the sales team help me see how others handle customer visits and product presentations. Also, I have daily check-ins with my Sales Coordinator, Rosemarie, to make sure we are on the same page and that orders are getting out on time. Rose has been with InCord for 5 years; we make a great team.

Who are some of your biggest inspirations within the company?  
Robin Ritz, not because she is an owner, but because she wants me to succeed, and she will support me in my growth here at InCord. Not many companies and managers show their appreciation to their teams on a regular basis, but Robin does. It makes me want to keep working hard and show up each day.

How do you like to spend your time when you aren’t working?
I love gardening, reading books on personal growth, spending time in The Bible, traveling with my husband, and playing with my granddaughter.

What is your favorite vacation spot?
Any warm, sunny beach! Curacao is next on my list.
