InCord is celebrating its 25th anniversary as a leading manufacturer of custom safety netting solutions. The family owned and operated company was founded in 1995 by Ed Ritz and Bob and Mary Martin. Pioneers Ed Ritz and Bob and Mary Martin started InCord with the intention of creating a different kind of company—an exemplary workplace from the perspective of employees—starting with themselves. Today InCord, is co-owned by Meredith Ritz-Shay, Chief Executive Officer and Robin Ritz, Creative Visionary.
Over the past 25 years, InCord has built a tradition of excellence in providing its customers with innovative netting solutions for a variety of divisions including material handling, construction, sports, amusement, and theatre. They continue to work closely with customers, architects, and distributors to help identify and create solutions to meet unique and high standards for performance requirements.
