InCord has announced the appointment of Meredith Ritz Shay as their new CEO. Shay will assume responsibilities on 6/18/18 and will succeed Ed Ritz, who will continue to serve InCord as adviser and as President of the InCord Board of Directors.
Meredith Shay has formally been employed at InCord for seven years, starting as a Project Manager before being promoted to Production Manager, followed by a promotion to Chief Operations Officer. During that time, Shay accomplished significant advancement within the efficiency and workflow dynamics of InCord, while being responsible for the overall output of InCord’s diverse menu of custom safety netting solutions and rope-based recreation solutions.
At 28, Meredith Shay is among the nation’s youngest female CEOs for a leading manufacturer with over 100 employees.
