InCord is proud to have received the Hartford Current Top Workplace Award again. This makes eleven years in a row that InCord has earned this distinctive honor. It's notable to mention that InCord is only one of four manufacturing companies that made 2021's list. Further, InCord has the distinction of being one of only nine companies that have ever made the list ten times or more!

Honorees are selected by tabulating anonymous employee surveys, which uniquely measure fifteen culture drivers that are critical for success, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few. For the last eleven years, The Courant has partnered with Philadelphia-based research firm Energage to determine the Top Workplaces in the Hartford area. Over 900 employers were invited to participate this year.
