InCord operations, including, all activities of management and workflow, has now achieved ISO 9001: 2015 quality level certification, Friday June 29th, 2018.
In practice, and through documented and audited results, we have proven to the ISO quality council that InCord stands with the best as a top-level business.
Our achievement of quality is expressed through InCord company policy and embraced in our core values. Our quality programs are woven into our planning, practiced by leadership, and reflected in our sense of community, our benefits and rewards, and through the good work we do every day to serve those who depend on us as caring professionals.
ISO 9001: 2015 is a higher-level achievement than we have had previous to our recent ISO quality audit. In our ten years of ISO 9001 compliance, this is a new chapter in quality.
The new quality standard develops tighter strategic planning and analysis with greater focus on top level management to convey an understanding of the company, its scope, and the environment in which it operates.
Our new ISO 9001: 2015 quality standard is modeled around ISO Directive Annex SL, a high-level structure and common language that was developed by the ISO/Technical Management Board to harmonize all ISO quality management systems.
Annex SL is based on the Plan-Do-Check-Act methodology, risk management, planning and process management. Going forward, all ISO quality programs from food safety to information technology and environmental management including the ISO 9001 quality management system, are comprised of ten quality elements and up to twenty-five or more quality related sub-parts and provisions.
As we embrace the new elements of the “ISO” quality program at InCord, we believe the enhanced program will enable us to think deeper and plan clearer than ever before.
