Today we are shining a spotlight on InCord owner and Creative Visionary Robin Ritz. Robin works directly with distributors and customers to provide custom solutions to customers searching for unique, custom rope and netting creations. Her customers range from Landscape Architects to Fine Artists, and Robin helps bring their visions to life.
As InCord Owner and Creative Visionary, Robin interacts with a diverse range of customers and manages and inspires our entire staff using her progressive and personable management style. She brings a level of respect and care to all of her interactions with others. Her dedication to safety and commitment to InCord sets an excellent example for everyone who has the pleasure of working with her.
How long have you been with InCord?
I think technically, I’ve been full-time for 13 years – but I’ve been invested since day 1.
What best advice can you give someone who just started their career?
Stay close to what brings you joy. Follow your natural passions and develop your innate talents. Doors will always open for you when you are aligned with what lights you up!
What is it like working with others at InCord?
The teams I work with at InCord are impressive– they are highly motivated, dedicated, wildly creative, and intelligent beings. Our teams are competitive because they want to be the best and are proud of their accomplishments.
Which InCord benefits are your favorite and why?
